Admission Process

To get the admission at Kurukshetra Online University, the candidate must follow the following process:

1. Registration: The first step is to register at the university portal, so that the university can reach out to you.
2. Fill out the admission form: The next step involves the filling of the admission forms in which personal details, qualification and work details are asked.
3. Submit the documents: The next step involves duly submitting the documents required for admission. This may include ID proof, educational certificates & mark sheet, work experience and others.
4. Verification: Before submitting the form, you must verify the eligibility and all the details and documents to avoid further issues.

Examination Pattern

Kurukshetra University Online has a systematic pattern of online examinations to be done via the LMS of the university. The exams have been categorised into two: Continuous Assessment and Online Examination. They are proctored and conducted twice a year, in January and July.

Continuous Assessment (30%)

Continuous Assessment contributes 30% of the total evaluation and is conducted through the University LMS. Two assignments, each comprising 15% are assigned based on MCQ. The assignment includes 50 questions, each carrying 2 marks, and taking 1 hour. The assignments are required to be submitted before taking online exams at the end of the semester.

Online Examination (70%)

The Online Examination comprises 70% of the total marks. They are conducted in January and July as guided by UGC recommendations. Students are required to reserve one of three available exam slots, selecting a date, time, and subject. The exam is 3 hours long and consists of 42 objective questions (each worth 1 mark) and 4 subjective questions (each worth 7 marks), totalling 70 marks.
