I am in the marketing division of BCPL. I was an engineer and sometime finding it difficult to understand the different departments and their constraint in doing the job. I have been in sales since the beginning and was not very well-equipped to grow in the hierarchy. After completing the course, my performance in the company has improved, and I am well-equipped to handle pressure at a senior position.
It is a great learning experience.
Several events are conducted throughout the year. We participated in a startup event on travel and tourism and the digital innovation related to that. Recently, I attended a webinar on thinking process and how we can change our thinking for our effective work in the organisation.

The campus is huge. Events like Ojas and Sprint are celebrated in our college.
Classrooms were well-equipped with CCTV and audio recording sessions, and each classroom has a semicircle seating arrangement. The college distributes textbooks and handouts. Labs were good and had facilities like desktops, Wi-Fi and LAN connections. The library has a wide range of books, and it was easy to collect books from the library. Toilets were good and clean. The canteen was hygienic and served good quality food. The double bedroom allotted to students during 9 days stay at college, and each room has an attached bathroom, and the hall was very clean. All the basic facilities were available in the hostel. The doctor was always available when we call. The college has a tie-up with spring health hospital. There will be a yoga session in the morning daily for students to keep them fit. The swimming pool was also available on the campus, and all sports facilities were also available on the campus.
The college infrastructure is superb, there is no question or comparison at all. Classrooms, A/C, and canteen facilities were superb. However, in our programme, we could not use the hostel facilities, and we also did not use any sports equipment. The library had great books, hard copies and also soft copies. We used ID and password to access the library from any place. We never faced any issue related to infrastructure.
Infrastructure is where the college trails behind old IIMs and XL. Having said that, SPJIMR has improved a lot in the last 2-3 years. The lush green campus in the middle of Andheri West which is one of the most happening places in Mumbai has come a really long way. Construction of a new academic block and hostel has just completed.
Classrooms are good with good benches. Free Wi-Fi facility with high-speed is available on the campus so that we can complete our work. First aid facilities are also available in our college. Our college is the best regarding sports. A big playground is available in our college. The college conducts many games for the students to be active. Tournaments held in our college are the best.
